How it works
Six stages, from first review to weekly operations.
Each stage has a concrete output you can check. Timing depends on approvals we don't control— processor review, supplier lead times, printing and ad platform review—so we plan around them instead of promising a launch date.
The six stages
- 1
Qualify the fit
We review your product, audience, margins, funding and which channels you can realistically use. If the fit isn't there, we say so before anyone commits.
Output: A clear yes, no, or what would need to change
- 2
Plan and onboarding
We agree the deliverables, the starting media budget and the costs you'll fund, then set up your domain, hosting, email and accounts in your name.
Output: Written launch plan, cost plan and accounts in your name
- 3
Build and approve
Brand direction, label artwork and the storefront are built and sent to you for approval. You approve all product and label content.
Output: Approved brand, labels and storefront
- 4
Integrate and test
We introduce and onboard a supplier, collect documentation and COAs, place you with a high-risk processor and integrate checkout once approved. Then we run a real test purchase, refund and fulfillment.
Output: A verified order, refund and shipment
- 5
Activate approved acquisition
We recruit and onboard affiliates, and launch eligible campaigns with tested creative on your required starting media budget.
Output: Live affiliate program and paid campaigns
- 6
Run weekly, review monthly
We operate the storefront, supplier coordination, affiliates and ads every week, and review performance and priorities with you each month.
Output: Weekly operations and a monthly review
