Billing, cancellation and refunds.

Peptado bills a single management fee of $3,999/month for its own agency services—the marketing, design, build and management work described on the services and pricing pages. Management is billed monthly.

Third-party costs—inventory, software, payment processing fees, printing, fulfillment, affiliate commissions and your media budget—are separate and paid by you directly to those providers. Your store's product sales are processed through your own merchant account, in your name; those receipts are never billed by or through Peptado.

You can cancel monthly management at any time by emailing info@peptado.co.

To prevent the next scheduled monthly charge, your cancellation notice must arrive at least 14 days before that billing date. A request that arrives later does not prevent that renewal.

Paid management fees are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
